   You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to violate laws, post harmful or illegal content, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Platform for spam or abuse.

6. Content Ownership and License
   You retain ownership of your content and grant ChurchMe LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.

7. Moderation
   We may remove content or restrict access at our sole discretion without notice.

8. Payments
   Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change at any time.

9. Third-Party Services
   We are not responsible for third-party services integrated into the Platform.

10. Disclaimers
    THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

11. Limitation of Liability
    ChurchMe LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChurchMe LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
    All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware. You waive the right to a jury trial and participation in class actions.

14. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate access at any time without liability.

15. Governing Law and Venue
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Delaware.

    Churches and organizations are solely responsible for obtaining consent, managing member data, and complying with applicable laws.

22. Data Roles
    Churches act as data controllers. ChurchMe LLC acts as a data processor.

23. Communication Compliance
    Users must comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier regulations. Proper opt-in is required. We are not liable for misuse.

24. Service Availability
    We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

25. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for events outside our control.

26. Service Modifications
    We may modify or discontinue the Platform at any time.

27. No Guarantee of Results
    We do not guarantee growth, engagement, or outcomes.

28. Assignment
    We may transfer this agreement in connection with a merger or acquisition.
